• Exchanges & Refunds: Products are inspected upon delivery, and items can only be exchanged within 24 hours of receiving the order.

• Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days.

• Shipping Cost:
  – 60 EGP flat rate For Alexandria 

          – 100 EGP flat rate For Cairo,Giza & 6th Of October
          – 110 EGP flat rate For Other Cities

• Couriers: We use trusted delivery partners like Aramex and Our Courier Service .

• Order Processing: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

• Cash on Delivery: Available with no extra charge.
