Refund policy

·       Return & Exchange Policy:

•       Order inspection with the delivery representative is strictly not allowed unless requested and 200 LE. fees prepaid upon ordering. 

•       Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order, either through our website or Instagram messages.

•    Returns are not allowed unless approved. If there is no valid reason for return, exchanges only will be permitted.

•       The product cannot be exchanged or returned in case of damage.

•       In cases of return, the product is received for inspection and then replaced with another product.

 

·       Refund Policy:

•       The product will be inspected upon return to ensure it is in its original condition.

•       The refund will be issued via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, with the shipping cost deducted from the total refund amount.
